Areas of Practice

Anderson is graduated from the University of New South Wales with a double degree for both a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws. Anderson is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia, and he is also admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand since 2016 and as a foreign lawyer in England and Wales. Anderson commences his practice in migration law since 2019 and is a migration agent registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority.

Anderson practices in a broad range of laws, including conveyancing and property law, corporate and commercial law, migration law, family law, wills and estate. He has also handled litigious matters before the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia. In a most recent case, Anderson acts for the plaintiffs in the Supreme Court of New South Wales to make claims against the vendor and the developer for a sale of real estate property located in Opal Tower, Sydney.

Independently handling matters from the beginning to end, Anderson is committed to achieving and exceeding clients’ expectations, and effectively communicate with all stakeholders using his professional fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. He has proven to be an effective, highly conscientious, and enthusiastic team member and he has no difficulty in grasping complex issues while delivering excellent results.

Anderson has extensive experience in property and commercial acquisitions and has acted in many large scaled business transactions, including:

  1. an acquisition on an agricultural land over 13 hectares in the Yelta, Mildura;
  2. acting for Nice Future International Investment to acquire a fully leased commercial building situated in Southbank, Melbourne over $150 million;
  3. acting for purchaser to conduct legal due diligence in a proposed acquisition of a fully leased commercial building situated in Flinders Lane, Melbourne VIC;
  4. acting for Exchange Centre to acquire the ASX building, 20 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW for over $300 million;
  5. acting for purchaser to conduct legal due diligence in a proposed acquisition of a fully leased commercial building situated in Pacific Highway, North Sydney NSW;
  6. acting for purchaser to conduct legal due diligence in a proposed acquisition of a fully leased commercial building situated in Hunter Street, Sydney NSW;
  7. acting for FCCM Castlereagh Holdings to acquire a fully leased commercial building situated in 1 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW;
  8. an acquisition on a fully leased commercial building situated in Franklin Street, Melbourne VIC.
