Rosalie Tong

Rosalie, being the principle of Maxim Legal Pty Ltd, has founded the company in the year of 2007, and has led the company to expand dramatically in the past ten years. She was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Federal Court and High Court ofAustralia in 2003, and has further admitted to practice in High Court of New Zealand. She has extensive experience as a property and commercial lawyer in private and Government practice.

Rosalie has worked in Property division of the Department of Sports and Recreation NSW and practiced in the local government law, crown land transactions and native titles enquire. She has developed expertise in a broad range of property and commercial transactions. She has also conducted lots of litigious matters before the Supreme Court and High Court of Australia.

Her recent experiences including:

1. acquisition, subdivision and development in Stanhope Garden;
2. acquisition of factory with warehouse facilities in Victoria;
3. acting for a listed HK company for its proposed acquisition of a major medical manufacturer in Australia;
4. acting for a timber manufacturer in its proposed acquisition of a timber forest in Napranum QLD, including the negotiation with the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries for the Sales Permit; and
5. acting for local Australian companies for varies joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.

Rosalie is capable to communicate with all stakeholders fluently in multiple languages, including Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
